GENERAL INFORMATION
Welcome to the official De la Visitacion webshop. These Terms & Conditions apply when you shop with us, which is why we recommend that you read them carefully before placing your order on our website.

As our Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time, we ask you to accept them every time you shop with us. If you experience any problems with your order on our webshop or the general use of our website, please contact hola@delavisitacion.com. If you have any doubts about parts of our Terms & Conditions, we recommend that you contact us before placing your order. 

ORDERING
Before submitting your order, please carefully revise your order-, payment-, delivery- and billing address information. Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Once you have submitted your order, it is not possible to cancel it. If you made a mistake while placing your order, please contact hola@delavisitacion.com as soon as possible. In rare cases, an ordered item can be out of stock. If this happens, you will be contacted by e-mail to get the opportunity to revise or cancel your order. An order placed on a public holiday or during the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
When placing an order at De la Visitacion you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail. We operate Monday to Friday with the exception of public holidays. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation with a track and trace number, so you can follow your order. It may take up to 24 hours for the track and trace number to be active.

Please note that customers outside the EU, may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once the order reaches the country of destination. These charges are the customers’ responsibility. De la Visitacion has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. For further information about local duties, please contact your country’s local customs office.

The shipping time is the estimated time from when the package leaves the workshop in Barcelona until it reaches its destination. Your goods will be delivered Monday to Friday. Time of delivery depends on the country in which the delivery takes place and the courier used. Your package will be delivered to the delivery address specified in the order. 

Please note that the risk of loss off or damage to the goods passes to you after delivery. If the package appears to be damaged, you should refuse to receive it from the courier. If you wish to make a complaint about a lack of conformity, you are required to give us notice. If you refuse to receive the package from the courier without any reason, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable freight cost from your refund.

RETURNS
The product that is purchased by order or custom, returns unfortunately are not accepted, so we recommend making the purchase responsibly.

Except in other cases such as ready-to-ship jewels, the return will be approved if the item is in the same condition in which you received it, unused and with the original packaging.

Returns postage and shipping charges are at the charge of the customer (unless otherwise instructed).

We do our very best to update the website to ensure that prices, offers, descriptions, stock and other information concerning the goods are correct, but errors may occur.
