Refund policy

The product that is purchased by order, unfortunately being a custom-made handmade product, we don't offer refunds, so we recommend making the purchase responsibly.

For a return of a ready-made product, the return will be approved if the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging and unused.

Returns postage and shipping charges are at the charge of the customer (unless otherwise instructed).
