Shipping Policy

All the pieces, unless otherwise noted are made to order at our workshop in Barcelona so it takes us from 7-21 business days to create your unique piece, without the shipping time, which will depend on the country.

When placing an order at De la Visitacion you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation with a track number, so you can follow your order.


Workshop pickup option

If you are or live in Barcelona you have the option of picking up your piece from the workshop. Write by email hola@delavisitacion.com or by Instagram to make an appointment.


Spain Shipping 

For Spain, shipments over €150 will be free.
We work with Correos standard shipping. 3-5 business days delivery time, includes tracking number.


International Shipping

Europe

We work with UPS or DHL courier service. From 5-15 business day delivery time. Includes tracking number. Price based on destination.

Others

We work with UPS or DHL courier service. From 15 business day delivery time. Includes tracking number. Price based on destination.


¡  If you need it by a certain date, I will try my best to accommodate but do take note an expedited fee will be added to your order. Always reach out before hand to ensure this is a possibility.
